Special Orders
Stephanimals is pleased to welcome special orders.
If there are any sold items you see on our website that
you would like to order, please
email us or phone us at 604-703-0078. We are able
to make similar items, however, please note that fabrics,
colours and individual expressions may vary slightly.
Sizing
Stephanimals sizing chart [click
here]. We recommend, as a rule of thumb, to buy children's
clothing one size up from the actual age of the child,
unless the child is very small for their age. Potentially,
this will allow the child to grow into the item, thereby
extending the time that a child is able to wear the clothing.
Shipping & Handling
Stephanimals uses the Canada Post online shipping module.
Depending on the shipping address you provide and the size
and weight of your items, Canada Post will generate a selection
of shipping options, including cost and estimated delivery
dates.
Please note: The Estimated Delivery
Dates are approximate. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee
delivery by a certain date. If your Stephanimals are being
shipped to the USA or Internationally, the Estimated Delivery
Dates do not take into consideration any delays due to customs
regulations.
A handling fee of $4.00 CAD is included in the total shipping
cost.
Local Pick-Up Available
If you reside within a 100 km radius of the Stephanimals
Sanctuary, located in Chilliwack, BC, you will be provided
a "Pick-Up" option. If you choose this option,
please note that your order must be picked up within 10
business days of payment.
Gift Purchases
As an added convenience, Stephanimals will ship any orders
directly to a gift recipient. Just provide us with the correct
delivery address, and any additional details during Checkout,
in "Add Comments About Your Order", including
the message that you would like enclosed. We will ship the
item(s) accordingly, complete with a small gift card.
Payment Via Paypal
Please Note: When paying via PayPal,
you must complete the entire order by clicking on the "Return
to Stephanimals" button, located on the 'Thank-you
for Your Payment' screen at PayPal. Failure to do
so, may result in your order not being fulfilled!
Confirmation Email
Upon payment, a confirmation email will be
sent to the email account you have provided, and we will
confirm the details of your shipment and delivery status.
Currency Options
The Stephanimals Shop is Canadian currency
(CAD), however, when viewing your Shopping Cart and upon
checkout, you are given the option to pay in US Dollars
(USD), if preferred.
Personal Information Usage
We are the sole owners of the information collected on
this site. We only have access to collect information that
you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact.
We will NOT sell or rent this information to anyone.
Security Procedures to Protect Information
At this time we do NOT collect credit card information
via online. Any credit card information we require will
be handled by a third party and therefore handled by their
Privacy policy.
We also protect your information offline. Only employees
who need the information to perform a specific job (for
example, billing or customer service) are granted access
to personally identifiable information. The computers in
which we store personally identifiable information are kept
in a secure environment.
